PRIVACY POLICY

(pursuant to the UE Regulation n° 2016/679)

TECHNOLOGICA SRL whose registered office is located in VIA G. ROSSA 18/20,47016 PREDAPPIO (FC) - ITALY ITALIAN FISCAL CODE N° 03136540402 and VAT N° 03136540402 (hereafter indicated as "Controller"), as Controller, informs you that, pursuant to the UE Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereafter abridged to "GDPR") your Data will be used in the following manners and purposes:

A. Data processed

The Controller will process the personal identification data provided (such as name, surname, phone number, mail address, payment information - hereafter indicated ad "personal data" or "data") at the conclusion of each contract for the Collector's services.

B. Data processing purposes

Your personal data will be used:

1. Without your express consent, as per article 6 b), e) GDPR, for the following Service Purposes:

--To conclude contracts for the Collector's services;

-- To fulfill pre-contract, contract and tax obligations resulting from established business relationship;

--To fulfill the obligations provided for by law, regulations, European Union Law or court order (e.g. money laundering prevention rules);

-- To exercise the Collector's rights, e.g. right of defense in court;

1. Only in case of a previous, specific and clear consent (art. 7 GDPR), for the following Marketing purposes:

• To send you via e-mail, mail, and/or sms and/or phone, newsletters, commercial information and/or advertising material about products or services offered by the Collector and to determine customer satisfaction levels on the service quality;

• -To send you via e-mail, mail and/or sms and/or phone commercial messages and/or advertising from third parties.

C. Processing methods

Your data will be processed through the operations indicated under article 4 n. 2) GDPR: data collection, registration, organization, conservation, consultation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, confrontation, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, erasure. Your personal data will be processed in both paper and electronic copy and/or automatic form.

The Collector will keep your personal data for the time needed to serve the aforementioned purposes and in any case not beyond 10 years from the termination of the contract for Service Purposes and not beyond 2 years from data collection for Marketing Purposes.

D. Data access

Your data may be accessible - for the purposes stated at point C. - to Collector's employees and partners, charged with and/or in charge of internal data processing and/or acting as system managers.

E. Data communication

Without the need for express consent, see article 6 b) and c) GDPR, the Collector will be able to communicate your data, for the purposes stated at point.B.1, to Supervisory Boards, judicial authorities, insurance services suppliers, as well as all parties to whom data communication is mandated by law in order to carry out the aforementioned purposes. Said parties will process data as independent Collectors. Your data will not be disclosed.

F. Data transfer

Your personal data will be stored on a server located in our registered office in the European Union. It is understood that the Collector, where necessary, will be entitled to move the servers even outside the EU. In that case, the Collector already ensures that the data transfer outside the EU will be carried out in compliance with the applicable legal provisions, and will be subject to standard contract clauses as provided by the European Commission.

G. Nature of data provision and consequences of any refusal

Data provision for the purposes listed under point B.1 is mandatory. In their absence, we will not be able to guarantee the Services listed under point B.1.

Data provision for the purposes listed under point B.2 is instead optional. You can opt not to provide any data or to later deny any right to process any previously provided data: in this case, you will not receive newsletters, commercial communications and advertising about the Services offered by the Collector. However, you will still be entitled to Services listed under point B.1.

H. Concerned party rights

As the concerned party, you will have the right to access data as per the articles 15-21 GDPR, namely the right to access, rectify and erase data ("right to be forgotten"), right to data portability, to limit processing, to object, as well as the right to protest to the Italian Data Protection Authority.

More precisely, the rights to:

Obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning yourself exist, even when not yet processed, as well as their communication in an intelligible form;

Obtain indications about:

The source of personal data;

The purposes and methods of data processing;

The logic involved in case of electronic data processing;

The identification details of the Collector, processing agent and designated representative pursuant to article 3, paragraph 1, of the GDPR;

The subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data can be communicated or that may become acquainted with them as designated representatives on the State territory, processing agents or officers.

Obtain:

To update, rectify or, when interested, integrate data;

To erase, to transform into anonymous form or to block any data processed in violation of the law, including those not needing preservation given their purposes for collection and subsequent processing;

A statement declaring that all the operation performed have been disclosed, including their contents, to the data recipients, except where this proves to be impossible or requires the use of means clearly disproportionate in relation to the right being protected.

To oppose, totally or partially:

For legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning yourself, even when pertinent to the collection purpose;

To the processing of personal data concerning yourself for advertising purposes, direct selling or for marketing research or commercial communication, performed through automatic calling machine without human intervention, through e-mail and/or through traditional marketing such as phone calls and/or paper-based mail. It should be noted that the interested party's right to oppose, as outlined in the previous paragraphs, for direct marketing purposes through automatic means extends to traditional means too, and it does not affect the interested party's possibility of exercising their right to oppose, even partially. Therefore, the interested party can decide whether to receive communications only by traditional means or only automatic communication, as well as neither.
